What we don't touch — and why that matters
Licensed trades are excluded by design. If your job needs one, we say so up front and refer you to a licensed provider rather than improvising. That is the same reason our quotes are specific: you should know exactly what you are getting, and exactly what you are not.

Simon was great! I wasn’t sure whether my scope of works for shed maintenance was needed or worth his time or not but he was still willing to drop by to take a look. In the end it wasn’t much work needed but he still touched up on a few things and didn’t charge me for it.
